How long does mobile grooming take?
It depends upon the service required, but most of the grooming sessions take 30-90 minutes, depending upon the pet's breed, coat condition, behavior, and health. Larger or matted pets may take longer.
Why is mobile pet grooming more expensive than a salon?
Mobile grooming is a personalized, one-on-one service. We bring a fully equipped van to your doorstep, saving you travel time and stress for your pet. Unlike salons, there are no cages, no wait times, and your pet gets full attention from start to finish.
What areas in Florida do you service?
Our groomers are ready to serve mobile grooming across major cities and neighborhoods in Florida, including Orlando, Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding areas. Call or text us to confirm availability in your area.
What are the working hours for mobile pet grooming?
• Office hours: 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Friday
• Appointments: 7:30 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Saturday | 8 AM – 5 PM on Sundays
Can you park in my driveway?
We usually park curbside, not in driveways. Please make sure there’s a safe, legal parking space for our van.
Do you need water or electricity from my home?
Nope! Our pet grooming vans are equipped with 50 gallons of water and a battery-powered supply. But sometimes, in case of any emergency, we may need to plug in some tools.

Do you groom big dogs?
Yes! We groom all breeds and sizes, from Chihuahuas to Great Danes.
Do you provide service for aggressive or anxious dogs?
Yes, our expert mobile dog groomers are trained enough to groom anxious or aggressive dogs, but for their expertise, we do charge a special handling fee. Please let us know in advance so we can ensure the extra time with an expert groomer and resources for safety.
Do you cut dog nails and buff them?
Yes, they are included in our premium dog grooming package.
Do you clean ears and brush teeth?
Yes, both ear cleaning and teeth brushing of dogs are included in our premium dog grooming package.
Do you express anal glands?
Yes, available for an additional charge.
Do you sedate dogs for grooming?
No, we do not sedate pets. If sedation is needed, grooming should be done at a veterinary clinic under supervision.
Will my dog be put in a cage?
No. Your dog is groomed start to finish by hand, without cages or drying kennels.

Do you groom cats, too?
Yes! Florida mobile pet grooming does provide gentle cat grooming service at your doorstep. Call us for booking.
Is grooming stressful for cats?
Our mobile setup is quieter and calmer than a busy salon, which helps reduce stress. For highly anxious cats, we recommend shorter sessions and frequent maintenance grooming.
Do you groom kittens or senior cats?
Yes, we provide service for all ages. Playful kittens and senior cats are also welcome.
Will it hurt my cat to be groomed?
No, in fact, she will love the neat and clean skin, as otherwise she may suffer from many skin rashes or irritations. Grooming helps the cats stay healthy and happy.
How often should my cat be groomed?
After every 4-6 weeks, a cat may be groomed.
Can you groom my cat if he/she is aggressive?
Aggressive cats bite more often; only a professional and trained groomer can handle them. We do offer aggressive pet grooming, including cats.

What vaccines do you require?
We don’t require vaccination proof, but we strongly recommend pets be up to date on vaccinations for their health and safety.
My pet has mats and tangles—do they need to be shaved?
It depends. Minor mats can sometimes be brushed out, but severe matting usually requires shaving to avoid pain, skin infections, and injury.
Why is a shave-down more expensive?
Severely matted coats require extra time, skill, and equipment care, which adds to the cost.
Does frequent bathing dry out my pet’s coat?
No. In fact, weekly bathing is often recommended by vets for pets with allergies or skin issues.
What if my pet is sick on the appointment day?
You may reschedule if your pet is sick or shows signs of illness like vomiting, coughing, diarrhea, etc. Grooming in sickness is not recommended.

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance. Many clients pre-book their next appointment before we leave.
Why is my appointment given a 2-hour window?
Environmental and situational conditions like traffic, weather, and earlier appointments can affect timings. This window ensures flexibility of schedule.
How do I reschedule or cancel?

• Canceling within 48 hours: $50 fee per pet
• No-shows: $100 fee
• Running late: $1 per minute late fee if we can still complete the grooming.

A tip can make the groomer happy, and you may tip the groomer in cash.
